Found my trailer on the web and called to see if they had it in stock. They didn't but recommended another one they did have in stock. AMAZING! I snapped a leaf spring on my PJ Hotshot trailer and took it straight to Hampton RV. As soon as they opened their gates they got to work. An hour later, I was back on the road. My family and I took an almost 2 hour ride to pick up our enclosed 20' trailer. Once we arrived the paperwork was already complete and within minutes the plates were on and ready to go. Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with, we chatted for a bit and he loved our 3 year old son giving a cool little truck to play with as he roamed the store. We had stopped for a mid day hike in the Poconos on our cross country trip pulling our travel trailer when we noticed that one of the tires on our trailer was totally worn in one spot and bubbling. We got the spare put on and the next morning we started calling around to see what we could do about replacing the tire. There was a nearby tire store with our trailer tires in stock but they were not willing to even mount the new tires on the trailer much less look at the trailer to assess what was causing the uneven tire wear. So I called Hampton RV which was a little further away. Bill answered the phone verified that he had our tires in stock and agreed to check out the underlying issue. Bill and Danny changed their workday plans around to get our trailer in immediately and found that we needed brakes and suspension repairs and they did it all while we put putted around town.They were extremely accommodating to strangers asking a lot on short notice. We felt a lot safer getting back on the road with our baby in the car knowing that it was actually fixed. Don't be like us and wait until you are practically stranded on the side of the road to do preventative maintenance services on your trailer. Do be like us and call Hampton RV so that Bill and Danny can get your trailer dialed in.

I Bought a Maxx D trailer (from an out -of-state dealer) I know nothing about trailers other then I need one for work. I have owned this trailer for just about 1 year when I called Hampton. I talked to bill about normal service. He made a suggestion for me to bring it in and have them look at it and see what the trailer needs. Next day Bill called me up to discuss what's going on with the trailer. I then told him I put about 30k miles on it in one year and that's why the service was so big. Bill took his time to sit me down and go over everything on what they did and WHY. I was treated more like family then a customer. Bill handed me a print out of an owners manual on how to burnish the new brakes. I have never seen this before ( no owners manual with the new trailer) I listened to every word and did every step the manual and bill said. when the procedure was complete the trailer responded perfectly and now I feel SAFER because Bill and the entire Hampton RV crew worked on my trailer.

We have used Hampton RV on many occasions and have been consistently impressed by them. First class professional operation that starts with the owner and continues through to the tech team. They have been able to work on every system whether it be hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, towing equipment etc. Have always been able to schedule me in and get the work done fast. Also very few places locally that can provide service like this. Facility is also bright, new, clean and nicely organized.

Hampton RV was able to obtain the parts and complete the work needed on my Gulfstream Conquest after 2 other RV dealers service departments as well as Gulfstream were unable to provide what was needed....since the October 15, 2022 accident! Insurance fully covered all repairs and parts, yet no one else could get it together. I was recommended to Hampton RV by my autobody shop and Hampton RV told me right off they would be able to take care of it. AND THEY DID! Plus, they worked with my insurance company, the repairs are perfect and they're all really nice people. What more could you ask for? Thanks guys!
